OA Coffeeshop sits quietly on Muurivahe street, offering a cozy refuge in Tallinn’s Old Town, especially during the chillier months. This small, intimate café naturally invites visitors looking to slow down for a moment over a well-crafted coffee rather than a bustling social hub. Locals and travelers alike seem to appreciate the subtle warmth — not just from the drinks, but from thoughtful touches like heated bench seats that make long, relaxed visits feel comfortable even on cold Estonian days.

The coffee menu leans on quality rather than quantity. While bean selection is limited to a single available roast (Guatemala), the drinks tend to satisfy those who prefer a more nuanced, less intense flavor profile typical in this part of the world. Expect classic options like cappuccino, flat white, and Americano alongside a few sweet companions such as cinnamon rolls, vegan pastries, and pistachio desserts. Some items—like the cinnamon roll—might benefit from a quick warm-up, which suggests the place works best at a gentle pace rather than for rushed coffee runs.

Service here stands out for its friendliness and genuine care, reinforcing a laid-back vibe where baristas engage warmly without the rush. The atmosphere is enhanced by carefully chosen background music, not overpowering, just enough to fill the quiet corners of the café without disturbing conversations or solitary laptop work.

OA Coffeeshop feels well suited for mid-morning or afternoon visits when you can stop by for a specialty latte — the ginger honey or chai latte options have been notably appreciated — and possibly stretch time with a book or a casual chat. Its location in the Old Town makes it a convenient pause amidst exploring, yet the space’s calming energy also makes it inviting for locals seeking a subtle change from busier coffee chains.

While beans aren’t available for walk-in purchase and blends dominate the online offerings, the emphasis here remains on enjoying the moment inside the café. If you like your coffee straightforward and your setting calm, OA Coffeeshop offers a reassuringly simple spot to warm up and savor the pace of Tallinn’s city center.

I came for the "specialty" coffee. Unfortunately you can only buy beans by ordering online in advance. Mostly blends. Only 1 roast was available (Guatamala) for either Chemex or espresso drinks. I had a cappuccino, it was ok, a little hollow, as seems to be the tastes here, as it has been my experience everywhere. To be fair, this was the best that I have had in my 4 days here. The service was outstanding, location great, atmosphere and seating was great too.

A small and quaint cafe area with interesting flavors. Ordered the Giner Honey Latte and it tasted heavenly! However, the cinnamon roll, while nice, could use a quick heat up, because it was abit too tough after being left out in the cold.

Don’t typically write reviews, however this adorable coffee shop is the perfect place to sit and warm up on a cold day in Estonia. The secret besides the delicious latte, was the heated bench seat. I’ve been here for hours and don’t want to wander back outside at all.

It's a very beatiful little bar, situated in old city. The owner is very kind and prepares an excellent strong coffee so rare in Italy also, accompained by qualità pastries. The background music is alto nice.

Happened upon this cute little cafe and so glad we did! Super friendly service, delicious coffee (Guatemala), and fresh-made sandwiches. Music was pretty good too! The service really was exceptional

I was in Tallinn for almost a week in November 2025, and after I found this place on my second day, I kept coming back for breakfast: a great coffee + a yummy toastie. The place really has a passion for coffee and I would sometimes order more than 1 different type of coffee in one visit. Coming from Australia, I can say they do a top-notch flat white!

AMAZING!!! A friend of mine and I were here on Thursday 28th-August-2025. This place is so beautiful. It's not really big, but it feels very cozy. There are tables both in the inside and in the outside (a small terrace). Both my friend and I had a yummy coffee latte (mine had cream on it, wonderful). Also I had a delicious mozzarella sandwich that I enjoyed a lot. Coffee Latte + Sandwich [PRICE = 8,50€] The waitress who was working there was extremely professional and nice at all times. She gave me wonderful advice on what I could order. She was very smiley and suitable for her position. I'm very happy with the overall experience. If I ever happen to be in Tallinn again, I'll go to this place for sure. I'm attaching pictures of the food. Thanks so much!!!
